Inflation is down and we’re finally seeing some positive signs when it comes to mortgage rates, which is great news for both the housing and the renovation markets.
Cost of living pressures are easing, and confidence is growing, and that is translating into renewed interest in home improvement projects.
Our independent quarterly research shows that no fewer than 11% of homeowners are planning on investing in new doors over the next year, while 9% are planning on investing in new windows. (That compares with 13% considering a new bathroom and 9% a new kitchen).
